I like playing survival islands so i made myself a base with basic structure and basic tools (for roleplay purposes), the base itself is 16x16 blocks (1 chunk) and around 10 blocks tall.

Currently using the Modpack All the Mods 10 (with a couple of extra additions), so it should be compatible if you are playing with that Modpack.

Includes a basic farm space, a tree, a couple of basic Botany pots and included a couple of functional blocks i used for decoration (kitchen and bathroom)
